Self-Parking fee is $5.00 per day

Attendees staying at the hotel:  When checking into the hotel inform the receptionist you have a vehicle and if you self-parked or use the valet service.  The receptionist will apply the Self Park Fee $5.00 or Valet -Parking fee $18.00 per day to your room. The hotel will provide a special code to allow you to go into and out of the garage during the duration of your stay. 

Attendees Not Staying at the Hotel: When exiting the parking lot or getting your car from the valet, inform the parking attendant/valet you attended the VA Statewide Payroll Conference.  The parking attendant/valet should know the appropriate negotiated VSPC daily parking rate is $5.00 for self parking and $18.00 for valet.    

The Renaissance Portsmouth Hotel has provided special conference rates for attendees of $115.00 plus 8% city tax plus 5% VA tax for non-government.

Government Rates at $95.00 plus 8% city tax plus 5% VA tax. CLOSED
