The 2010 Virginia Statewide Payroll Conference offers payroll professionals seminars in all facets of payroll from the basics to the intricate complexity of fringe benefits, taxation, and garnishments. The objective of the VSPC is to provide educational opportunities to learn solid skills and knowledge of payroll rules and regulations for beginners and to increase or refresh the skills of the more experienced payroll professional.
